The Alliance in partnership with the Commission on the Future of Alcorn County helped host a Governor's Job Fair for a second year in a row in recent years at the Crossroads Arena. 35 local, regional and state employers participated in the job fair and over 210 job seekers came to the Arena looking for employment. 40 job offers were made on-site and the participating employers reported that they anticipate hiring over 150 people over the next year as a result of the job fair.
